Projects Manager

Job Summary

A results-driven Project Manager with a proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage cross-functional projects across multiple departments or business units.

 Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.

 Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution.

 Oversee procurement and logistics activities to support project execution.

 Monitor project performance by tracking progress, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope and schedule.

 Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

 Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 Maintain project schedules and coordinate resources to ensure efficient utilization and avoid conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in project management, preferably across multiple business functions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
• Strong experience in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and vendor management processes
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance relevant to operations
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills across diverse teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) or project management tools
